My story
Welcome to Beauty by Tiffany Joy – a space created from passion, experience and a genuine love for helping others feel confident in their own skin.

With over 15 years in the beauty industry, my journey began after achieving a triple distinction in my Level 3 National Diploma in Beauty Therapy Sciences. From the very start I knew this was the career for me, and that passion has only grown stronger over the years. I continue to invest in my education, regularly updating my skills to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving beauty and aesthetics industry.
Alongside running my clinic, I also teach beauty therapy in a college, where I support and inspire the next generation of therapists. Teaching allows me to stay closely connected to industry standards, best practice and the latest techniques, ensuring everything I offer in my clinic is underpinned by strong knowledge, professionalism and safety.

I have been fortunate to work in a variety of high-end environments, including progressing to Head Therapist in a successful salon, where I refined my techniques and client care to the highest standard. After becoming a mum, I decided to create a business that allowed me the flexibility to balance family life while still doing what I love — and that’s when Beauty by Tiffany Joy was born.

Now based in my beautiful garden clinic, I have proudly grown my business over the last four years. Despite navigating maternity leave and lockdowns, I returned more motivated than ever, and today I offer a wide range of advanced and results-driven treatments tailored to each individual client.

I truly believe that beauty treatments should never feel rushed or generic. Every client receives a full consultation, honest advice and a bespoke treatment plan designed around their goals.

The Environ product range was developed by Dr Des Fernandes – a South African consultant plastic surgeon with a particular interest in the mechanisms of the skin. Through his cosmetic practice, he realised that high levels of vitamin A in facial products had a hugely beneficial effect on the skin.
